Dream Alive Center Children Foundation started way back in 2018, under the initiative of one dedicated and committed individual (Mr. Murubya John), with an aim of improving the Children’s standards of living through keeping their hope, dream alive ,information sharing and skills enhancement so as to enable Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC) in our communities to have a good life styles that would be acceptable in the community and at the end of it all enabling the children to being productive and useful in society.

UNDERSTANDING the indeterminate conditions, the OVC of Ihuura village [in Kagadi subcounty Kagadi District of Mid-western Uganda] were am living in,

ACKNOWLEDGING that organizing the OVC into a Foundation would create for them conditions that would promote a sense of brotherhood to usher in positive behavior change,

NOTICING that the OVC were willing to work as an organized body of young people whose hope and dream would be rejuvenated with a common goal to enhance mutual cooperation,

AIMING at fighting overdependence, idleness, ignorance, poverty, disease and other challenges that OVCs face at house hold level and in society and,

COGNIZANT of the need for concerted efforts to foster and enhance social and economic development for improved welfare of the Children both at national and local level,

DETERMINED to ameliorate the conditions of the OVC through accessing of FORMAL EDUCATION and HEALTHY and POSITIVE LIVING,

THEREFORE, Dream Alive Center Children Foundations being established with the following “panacea Constitution”:
